Why the temperature controller of the glow wire tester display “open” ?

Judgment methods:
1. If can't test the temperature of the environment that means the temperature controller has problem, otherwise the thermocouple need to be changed.

Solutions:
1. change the thermocouple;
2. Change temperature controller.
