Standard IEC 60320 je bil posodobljen na izdajo 2021.

V tej izdaji Slika 9 Vlečni testni aparat nadomešča starejšo sliko 19 starejše izdaje.

Namen tega preskusa je namen tega testa preveriti, ali imajo stiki konektorjev in prodajnih mest zadostno mehansko trdnost.

ZLT Pulling Test Apparatus,to determine the mechanical strength of the connector, accordance with IEC60320-1:2021 figure 9 and clause 23.3 &23.6.3, a lateral pull force is applled in steps of 90 ⁰±5 ⁰ as shown in IEC 60320 figure 8a),b),C),d) and e) parallel with the plane containing the axes of the current-carrying pins/contacts and vzporedno z zaročnim obrazom priključka/vtičnega priključka.
