ZLT-CJ8
Battery Impact and Short-Circuit Tester
Product detail:Model:ZLT-CJ8
To impact test and short-circuit test the Separable batteries and detachable batteries, according to IEC60335-1annex 21 and clause 19.17.
Battery-operated appliances shall have adequate mechanical strength and shall be constructed to withstand such rough handling that may be expected in normal use.
The appliance fitted with fully charged batteries and rigidly supported is subject to test Ehb of IEC60068-2-75,three blows, each having an impact energy of 0,5J,are applied to every point of the appliance enclosure that is likely to be weak.
With a battery that is fully charged connected to the charging system,a short circuit is introduced to the charging system across a component or between adjacent printed circuit tracks st a location expected to produce the most unfavourable result to evaluated the effect of back-feed from the battery. In addition, for a charging system with a cord that connects to the battery, the short circuit shall be introduced at the point likely to produce the most adverse effects. The resistance of the short circuit shall not exceed 10mΩ
Standard Outfit:
1 explosion-proof box,two working areas,for impact test and short circuit test,inner box size L1000*D1000*H1000mm,outside dimension W1145*D1130*H1460mm.
1 spring-operated impact hammer,with 0.5J,according to IEC60068-2-75 Ehb.
1 short-circuit test device,a transient contact device, the contact conductance general quantity is 200A,when the battery is in the state of full charge, start the test button, then the transient contact device will short-circuit the positive and negative electrodes of the battery and monitor through the current and voltage sensor, calculate that the short-circuit resistance is not more than 10mΩ.
1 electrical operating system by PLC,automatically performs impact test.
Power supply:220V50Hz other voltages request.
