Water Kettle Handle Strength Test Apparatus,to test the mechanical strength of kettle handle,accordance with IEC60335-2-15 figure 108~figure 110,clause 21.101.The empty kettle shall be placed in a heating cabinet for 168 h and then at room temperature for at least 16 h,the kettle is then loaded with sand sealed in a plastic bag to a mass that corresponds to 1,2 times the rated capacity of the kettle.

For movement tests,the kettle is attached to the test apparatus at its handle in the grip area,taking care that the kettle is well balanced with the spout pointing radially outwards,between the test apparatus and the handle shall be of rubber of a thickness of 5 mm and a thickness of 5 mm and a hardness of 50 Shore±10 Shore.

The clamping position shall be in the centre of the grip area of the handle,the distance between the pivot point and the centre of the grip area of the handle shall be 400 mm±10 mm.

For the horizontal movement test,the kettle is moved,while maintaining the kettle in vertical orientation,to the left and back to the right in an arc of 90⁰,the movement is repeated 2500 times at a rate of approximately 10 times per minute with uniform acceleration and deceleration.

For a vertical movement test,the kettle is moved down and up in a pouring motion of 120⁰,the movement is repeated for 5000 times at a rete of approximately 10 times per minute with uniform acceleration and deceleration.

The kettle,the handle and its securement means shall not break,crack or loosen.

2 motor,used for horizontal movement test and vertical movement test,

2 rubber,thickness of 5mm,hardness of 50 Shore±10 Shore,

1 electrical indicator for show the test times,test speed,control by PLC.
