Lateral Pulling Test Apparatus,to determine the mechanical strength of the connector, Pulling Testing Machine,accordance with IEC60320-1:2018 figure 8 and clause 23.3, a lateral pull force is applled in steps of 900±50 as shown in IEC 60320 figure 8a),b),C),d) and e) parallel with the plane containing the axes of the current-carrying pins/contacts and parallel with the engagement face of the connector/plug connector.
A pull force according to IEC 60320 Table 11,is applied 50 times in each direction to the cord for 1S±0,5S
