For test of the anchorage of the side B cable assembly,in according to IEC61851-23 figure 110 and 111.
Principle of the experiment:the device under test(DUT) is the EV supply equipment.The test shall be performed for each side B cable assembly attached to the DUT according to the test setups in Figure 110 and Figure 110 of IEC61851-23,any cable management systems for the side B cable assembly shall be removed before the test.
The apparatus for testing the side B cable assembly anchorage shown in IEC 61851-23 Figure 110 shall be set up next to the DUT in such a way that the side B cable assembly points horizontal from the enclosure of the DUT.see IEC 61851-23 Figure 111
Standard outfit:
1 basic frame,with housing,can be moved to the side of DUT.
1 eccentric disc,diameter 125mm,eccentricity 30 mm,
1 A.C. geared motor with additional gear reduction to approx.60 rpm,
1 lever for the specimen,with track wheel,
1 clamping mechanism with various gripping dies to match the cord size and shape,
1 set of weights for loads 160*1-240N*2-10N*1-100N*2,to realized pulling force 160N-200N-240N-250N-300N-500N-600N
1 electrical predetermining counter,four-digit,resettable,to indicate the number of strokes,
